This site (whattosay.us) is the home of the book What to Say: 25 Frameworks for Effective Communication at Work by Laks Ramakrishnan. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

When you request the free cheat sheet or join a waitlist, we collect the name and email address you provide. We use them to:
